Adobe Premiere Pro CC Best Formats for High Quality Youtube Videos?

I have a Nikon D600 DSLR Camera to use for making High Quality Videos (My Dad's Camera, But he doesn't use it that much) and Adobe Premiere Pro CC for editing videos. I know how to edit, But I don't
know which format to use when saving it. So What is the Best Format for Non-mac laptops for Youtube Videos?

Youtube accepts a variety of video formats for uploading, here's the list:
It doesn't matter which format you upload to youtube. Youtube processes and optimises the video files for display on their web page, and changes it into an html 5 video format called WebM http://en.wikipedia.org/.../wiki/WebM
WebM is multi-platform, and has nothing to do with using a mac or not. It will display on any computer with an html 5 compatible browser

1920 x 1080p 30fps in MPEG 4 Part 14 (.mp4) format always works very well.
