Are there any compact digital cameras that can share to Facebook or Twitter?

I want to get a compact digital camera for Christmas, preferably Nikon. I was wondering if there were any out there that can share photos to Facebook or Twitter straight from the camera.

Are you asking if there's a camera that bypasses a computer?
How will you edit (sort) the photos before you upload them? Will you be backing up those images to your computer or to a CD/DVD?

There are no actual cameras that I know of that have internet access and that's what you need to upload… Or hadn't you thought of that.

There's this thing called Eye-Fi and it's an SD card you can put in any camera that uses that kind of card. It allows you to connect to the Internet using Wi-Fi and upload your pictures to Facebook/Twitter. I would post a link, but I'm on my phone, just look it up on amazon.com and read about it.
