Any recommendation for waterproof digital camera?

I'd like to buy a new camera, which is waterproof one.
I preferred Canon, Nikon, Olympus, or Sony.
Any good recommendation? Please give the details like pictures of it's camera and specification of it.
thanks (:
Added (1). And oh its price too [in any currency] thanks.
Added (2). Waterproof in here i mean underwater one.

Not sure about your waterproof requirement, but I've been very happy with my Canon and Fujifilm models. These makes lately have boasted amazing features for very reasonable prices.

Here are some links to various waterproof cameras. You need to decide if you're taking these diving or just want to use it in the rain.

Olympus 1050SW. Great quality in a tiny compact.
I love my camera so much.
It's 10.1 megapixels and waterproof up to ten feet and shockproof up to 5 feet. There's built-in camera stabilization and no interchangable lenses. (sorry!)
About a year ago when it first came out, I got it for about $150. I don't know if the price has risen, but it's really worth your money.
This camera has some flaws, including slow auto-focus, but in all honesty, it's wonderful. I took it on my trip to Hawaii and brought it on Waikiki beach with me. Sand was not a problem at all and the saltwater didn't effect it. It's nearly indestructable too; I've dropped it so many times and it still works like a beauty.
It has a panorama feature and in-camera edits. Low light shooting is slightly problematic and creates a lot of noise, but if you take the time to fiddle with the settings, it comes out fine.
It has very good video quality also.
I would recommend this camera to anyone. It has a very nice macro setting and presets for shooting certain subjects and for shooting in certain conditions.
I hope I've helped and you consider getting this camera.
(P.S., it comes in 3 colors and it a rather stylish looking camera. )
