I guess you mean "shoot" when you say "shot", right?

HD is a video term, not still photography.

Two of your examples show a shallow DOF, which is difficult to get with the tiny sensors and lenses of a P&S camera, you'll find that a lot easier with a faster lens and a DSLR.

The last photo is nothing special, just an interesting angle and nice contrast.

You can get shots like that with almost any camera if you're a good enough photographer. There are some tricks for depth of field like that with a point and shoot, and you can enhance the effect in Photoshop. It is much easier with a DSLR but you still have to know what you're doing to accomplish it - there's no magic setting to do it. The last picture is just a creative angle. You can do that with any camera on earth… It's all about your imagination.

I agree with Selina… However, there are some good point and shoots on the market that are not too expensive. Many companies are releasing new point and shoot cameras following the Consumer Electronics Show in January. So the older models are being drastically marked down in price. In fact, I just purchased the Nikon S9100 for $175 (that's almost half the original price). It is a great camera and has a fast lens that can shoot continuous photos, about 5 shots per second. I would recommend you check out this camera!

Two sayings in photography.
1.In photography, you get exactly what you paid for.
2. Picture quality depends on the ability of the photographer. The camera is only a tool.

Nikon COOLPIX L120 is a pretty good camera at a cheap price. I was reading reviews and found this one interesting:

I took it on vacation with me one week ago and was amazed and very happy with the camera's performance. It's very easy to use and I'm still trying out new things with it. Smile detection and Pet mode worked terrific. It has done really well, especially landscape pictures. Check the price here; I can't believe it is at a discount. :
