Any camera of nikon around $600?
Which may have 20x+ optical zoom and must be 16mega pixel
Megapixels mean nothing now-a-days. 6mp is enough for nearly any normal consumer
as for optical zoom, you can look at the Nikon P500, which has a whopping 36x zoom. Next would be the L120 with a 21x zoom lens
the p500 is better
Megazooms and Megapixels are more to do with marketing than image quality.
Megazooms have optical quality issues, and do not have consistent sharpness through their focal length. MegaPixels are actually detrimental to low light capability of the camera.
Check out this test I did for a bridge camera with a 18x zoom: http://www.althephoto.com/cameras/s2950.php
If image quality is important in a compact camera, you would be better off with a 10Mp camera and a 4x to 7x zoom.
Check out the Nikon P7100 or it's predecessor the P7000. They are the highest quality compact cameras that Nikon makes at the present.

And here is a comparson I did between the 10Mp P7000 with a 7x lens and a 14Mp bridge camera with high-power zoom. You can see that the P7000 performance image quality is much better.
