The Nikkor 10.5 mm fisheye is a manual focus lens on your D3100, but as with fisheye lenses, auto-focus isn't really necessary

If you really want a fisheye, you can find decent fisheye lenses ( 6.5 or 8 mm, manual focus) for under $300
