I'm just willing to upgrade from a point and shoot camera, so i don't know what's the best camera for me.

I don't recommend an EVIL camera. These are way over priced, over rated pocket toys that happen to change very few lenses and they don't even have a view finder.

If you're going to upgrade do it to a real camera a dslr.

Personally, I would go for a Canon Powershot which has all the features you could want. They take great photos and are very solidly built.
Look at the SX 240 HS. Or the 220 or 260

Sony nex 3 is amazing. I'm a professional photographer but when I backpacked around europe I took my sony with me to carry light and the photos turned out amazing. I love it.

Olympus EPM 1 would be better choice as compared to other two because of superior features in less price.

Check the Olympus:

Features

Fast Shutter Response. Never miss a shot again with the E-PM1's Fast Shutter Response time of less than 60 milliseconds. The TruePic VI feature allows for reduced shot-to-shot time by shortening the black-out time between shots.
Professional Audio Sound Capture. Take Videos that are able to capture uncompressed CD-quality 16bit/44.1kHz Linear PCM stereo recording or AC3 Dolby Digital audio.
12 MP with 3.0" LCD Screen
Face Detection with Eye Detect
Full 1080 HD Video Shoot up to 29 minutes of 1080 60i HD Video and stereo sound in either AVCHD or AVI formats. A Direct HD Movie Button switches you from still to movie mode with just the press of a button.

So overall features which includes Megapixels, speed and good video options are superior than other two brands yet it will give you an opportunity to save your money as well.

Here is a good comment from an actual user of Olympus EPM 1:
