I asked a previous question here. I did some research. Watching reviews and comparrison on you tube. And for my price point of $700
I've chosen these models.
Sony A58 there's a deal at best buy for the camera with18-55mm and 55-300mm lense for $699
Or Canon T3i Or Nikon 3200.
I'd be taking action shots most of the time.
I'd like to know your opinions, as I'm new to the Dslr world.

The Sony's electronic viewfinder may be a disadvantage in action shots, and why aren't you considering the Pentax K-500 with its 100% Pentaprism viewfinder (Pentax were making SLRs long before either Canon or Nikon) ?

The only way to find out is to pick up the various candidates. You'll know the right one for you as soon as it's in your hands.

Canoo is best.

While you are at Best Buy, ask to handle all three cameras. Take a memory card with you and take a few photos with each. I bet you'll know which one is for you. Any of them would make a fine camera for you to have. It really is just personal preference.

The Nikon D3200 would be your best option, then the A58, then the T3i.

Canon and Nikon are the acknowledged leaders in DSLRs, so I would go for one of them. I'm a canon fan so would narrow it down further to the T3i

Roll dice. They're all good models, and they will all be equally baffling to you until you learn how to use them.

If anything, the α58 is the most recently released of the three, while the T3i is the oldest. The α58 is also an SLT rather than an SLR, which may mean different performance when composing a shot, as Andrew notices.

None of the other specifications any of us can give will mean anything until you are more familiar with the equipment.

Do you have a specific use in mind?
