Hey guys so I'm wanting to start youtube. I only have one video up so far with only 6 views lol. But I have no subscribers. Any tips on building subscribers? & boosting video views? & on my equipment. I have a Nikon P530. Quality is decent but I don't have lighting nor a tripod. My tripod broke. So i'm only left with the camera. I'm planning to save up for a new camera, lighting, and a tripod. Itll all cost like 1k but I love making videos. I had an account before and had like 4 videos on there but my tripod had broke. So now I'm just holding the camera. Any tips on starting my channel though?

What is your channel name? What are your videos about? To increase the views to your channel, you need to promote it on social media channels like Facebook, Twitter, etc, build a website (if you've got the money) or a blog on WordPress/Blogger (it's free) and write something about the content in the video and add the video link to your blog post.

You can seek help for holding your camera or you can place your camera on the edge of the table for support.

A tripod is a very cheap investment. Why would I watch a channel with such poor technical qualities as to hand-hold the camera?

There are lots of videos about growing your channel - have you even watched them? Are you too bored to properly tag your videos or adhere to a regular upload schedule?

People have been watching TV channels for years so the bar for 'technical competence', being consistent and having good channel & video descriptions is pretty standard. Don't follow these rules - and why would people subscribe?
