Nikon FX lens on DX body?

I have a DX, crop sensor camera. (d 3200)

I want to buy a 50mm FX lens for my DX camera.

my question is

What is the DX lens mm equivalent to an FX lens on a DX body

for example, what mm would i have to put my DX lens on to replicate what a 50mm FX lens would look like on a DX body.

please don't tell me that a 35mm DX is equivalent to a 50mm FX. I do not own a FX camera and do not know what it looks like.

if i were to put a 50mm FX lens on a DX body it would be the equivalent to a ____mm DX lens on that same DX body. Please fill in the blank, i can't find this answer anywhere.

To figure the equivalent angle of view just multiply by 1.5. A 50mm lens on your D3200 will have the equivalent angle of view of a 75mm lens on a full-frame camera. A 35mm lens on your D3200 will have the equivalent angle of view of a 52.5mm lens on a full-frame camera.
