New tel numbers in Egypt?

I need to call to Nikon dealer in Cairo, Egypt. The tel listed on the Nikon website seams missing a digit. It could be a result of a resent change in the tel system in Egypt. Does anyone know the correct tel? The one I found: +20-2-7762062

That is a house phone number, if you're calling from a house phone you dial 7762062 if you're dialing from a cellphone you add 02-7762062
