Best budget nikkor lens?

What's the best budget (200 less) nikkor lens. I already have the 35 1.8 and the 50 1.4

The other two are the 18-55 mm ($119) which you should still have and the 55-200 mm ($199). With those four lenses you should be able to shoot anything you like from wide angle landscapes to field sports and all inbetween

The one additional lens you may want (and too bad you already have the 35 mm f/1.8) is the 40 mm f/2.8 macro lens, about $280. That lens would have been a dual purpose lens.
