Is there any Speedlight Kit for Canon similar to Nikon's R1C1?

I saw this Speedlight Kit

identical with the one used in CSI tv-episodes

I wonder if
1) there's any similar for Canon machines or if

2)there's any way to use R1C1 on any Canon machine

You could use a ring flash and radio triggers.

It's a simple macro flash. Canon's offering is the Canon Macro Twin Lite MT-24EX Flash: http://www.bhphotovideo.com/...t/CAMT24EX

It's not really meant to be used as shown in the episode of CSI, it's meant to be used when taking very close up photos of subjects (usually small) so both sides can be lit evenly to avoid shadows. It's a very special kind of flash (hence why it costs so much) so for most uses a standard 430 EX II or 580 EX II speedlight would be much better, unless you know you specifically need a macro flash.
