Other DSLRs vs Nikon D3200?

I Have Been Looking For A Beginner Level DSLR For Around The $500 Mark. I Have Looked At The Canon 550d, Nikon d5100, Canon 600d, And Some Others. But For Some Reason The Nikon d3200 Has Caught My Eye. It's Probobly The 24mp. I Was Wondering If Someone Could Help Me Compare This Camera To Say The t3i. In Terms Of Specs. Burst Rate, Shutter Speed, Outlets etc. I've Been Researching Into This Alot. I Want The Camera For Skateboarding Photograghy And Videography If That Helps With Suggestions For Other Cameras. Please Don't Critisize My Capitalization For I Know It's Incorrect. It's Just That This Is The Intenet.
