Nikon D3100 VR objective vs non VR objective?

The Nikon D3100 is on sale right now, and there's a version with and without the VR objective(on the picture). The thing is, there's no difference in the text below the camera.

So what is the VR objective?

And should I buy that? (Costs 20$ more)

And are all Nikon D3100 sold with the VR objective?

VR stands for 'vibration reduction' and is Nikon's image stabilisation control system - it's in the LENS not the CAMERA. I imagine that there's 2 packages for sale, one with a VR lens and one with a non-VR lens.

If a VR kit is just 20 dollars more, I'd say it's well worth it. When low light limits you to use slow shutter speeds, the VR (vibration reduction) in the lens is very handy.

For 20 bucks difference, go with the VR.

This seems strange. Nikon normally packages the D3100 with the 18-55mm VR kit lens. There's something funny going on if the vendor is repackaging it with an old 18-55mm non-VR lens.
