Looking for a good camera for sports
I want to take photos of live sporting events, and want a camera that i can just hold down the trigger and it will keep taking photos, i don't want to spend too much over 500.
and how is this one…
1) do you understand that the $479 gets you only the camera body plus a basic kit lens? You will get NO other lenses, no decent memory card, no tripod, no flash, no filters, no external shutter release, no camera bag, no cleaning gear, no "nuffin'" with it.
2) If you just "hold down the trigger", you'll very quickly fill up your memory card, plus you'll have HOURS at home of having to go through thousands of superfluous photos. On top of that, if you have the settings wrong, then all those photos will be useless.
3) buying a decent enough camera does NOT turn you into a photographer. YOU still need to learn about photography and about your camera. YOU still have to make a lot of effort to get there.
If you want to learn more about that camera, go to the Nikon website, download the manual for it and READ EVERY SINGLE WORD - AT LEAST TWICE.
