DSLR attachments so I can see myself when I shoot?

I have a nikon d3200. Unfortunately, the camera does not have a swivel screen where I can see myself when I shoot. Are there any attachments I can buy?

And since you are supposed to be paying attention to what you are taking a picture of, WHY PRAY TELL DO YOU WANT TO SEE YOURSELF TAKING PICTURES,? IF pictures are not that important to you forget a camera. Or better yet get a friend to take your picture while you are take pictures of what you want to preserve.

Rig up a mirror system because there's no such thing as the attachment you speak of.

If you are shooting self-portraits, just place a full length mirror next to the tripod where you have your camera attached.
I think had you spent just a little more time, you would have discovered that the Nikon D5100 and D5200 have articulated LCD's
