Will a Nikon F Lens works on a D600?

Tried Googling but can't seem to get a straight forward answer: will an F lens (in particular the NIKON NIKKOR H AUTO 1:3.5 28MM WIDE ANGLE LENS F FITTING) work with a d600 even if it is just in Manuel focus.

If the lens is an AI or has an AI conversion, it will fit.

I use three old Nikkor lenses from the the early 1970's that have an AI kit installed and I can use them on my Nikon F4, D300 and D3

I see no reason your D600 can't do the same
