Used DSLR under 450?

I need a used DSLR under 500 to replace my aging d90. My d90 has 150k+ and i'm looking to replace it with a non entry level Nikon please. Something with a AF motor would be nice but not necessary. Also a external mic jack would be nice. I'm by no means a professional photographer for a living but I know how to use a DSLR. The d90 was a great camera and this "replacement" will be bought after new years or so if the d90 lasts… Thanks
