Nikon D5100 focus got blur problem?

Help me i just got my Nikon D5100 5 months ago shot a different subject with different modes and angles was perfect until lay rest my camera for 2 weeks and today when i shot a close up picture i get very blur image like this photo here

its keys i tried various setups from auto to manual focus and other modes still getting the same result so there's something about my camera so anybody can help me here please?

It looks to me like you're simply TOO close to your subject. Lenses have minimum focusing distances.

Every lens has a minimum focus distance. You are too close for that lens. I don't know how you haven't figured that out in 5 months…

Yup, you don't have a macro lens… You're too close.
