Live View Switch Not Working On Camera?

I have a Nikon D5100 and just recently my Live View Switch hasn't been working properly. Whenever I move the switch, it changed the mode on the mode dial. Also, the switch doesn't seem to spring back as quickly as before. I feels jammed. Any ways to fix this?

Camera needs to be sent back for repair.

It's possible there's something caught between the LiveView lever and the Mode dial that is causing them to be jammed together when they should be totally separate and independent of each other -- maybe a piece of plastic has broken off and jammed. Take a really close look to see if you can spot it.
