Can the Nikon D5100 shoot in slo motion?

Is it possible and if it is could you tell me what settings I need to set the camera to? If not what program do I use yo make it slo-mo?

It can at 60 fps in 720p at low resolution, however, if you want super slow motion, you are going to have to use something like twixtor…

If you have a good editor it should be able to do slo motion, mine does and it's pretty good.
