Can I trust a used Nikon d5100 on Amazon?

You realize that there are many other sellers using Amazon than just Amazon. If the camera is actually being sold by Amazon Inc, then yes. If it is being sold by any individual person through an Amazon store, then no. If it is coming from the refurb department of a major seller, like B&H or Best Buy, then yes.

Make sure you read the description carefully.

Anyone can sell a used item on Amazon; it could be a company or even an individual selling their item. So what you may end up with could vary significantly.

But Amazon at least has great customer service and they will help you should you get a bad item.

Don't touch ANY used kit without a warranty.

Well it looks like it is being sold by Nikon so yes but you might want to do a little more research and see if it is really Nikon selling it.

It is not recommended to purchase a secondhand dSLR online. You can't check the camera thoroughly before you hand over your money. You can use the online site to locate a camera near you. Just make arrangements to finalize the deal face-to-face.

2nd hand product there are no warranty, so if you buy 2nd hand product that would be risk for you. But Amazon is a reputed group, You can go for it But be careful & Use before buying that camera, Best of luck.
