Do features differ with different mpn numbers on nikon product?

Since we all buy our cameras based upon model number, not a Manufacturer Part Number (MPN), the answer would be, if you buy a Nikon D800E, the all the D800E cameras will have the same Manufacturer Part Number
At present I do not have any matching Nikon products, so I can't look for any differences in MPN numbers
There may be differences in part numbers based upon were they are sold. For instance a camera/lens sold in the USA, may have a different number from the same camera model sold in the EU or Asia.
I would suggest you contact Nikon directly and ask them
