Best slow motion cameras for the price?

I'm looking for an affordable but good slo mo cammera that gets atleast 300 fps

The Nikon 1 J4 may be the most affordable. Here are 6 cameras that meet your criteria.

My old nikon 1 J1 can go 400 fps @ 640x240. The second hand price is around $150 (lens included).
The new J5 is about 20% more, at 800 x 296.
However, for the full HD 400 fps. Brace yourself for the price tag! The basic one at my institute is around 5 digits, without lens. 300 fps is easily achieved, but when you consider the low resolution, you end up with a such a low-resolution video that it's useless except for scientific purposes. So you need to look for a camera that can't only achieve the fps that you're looking for, but can do it in at least 720-1080p.
The good news is that there are many cameras that can shoot 400fps and far beyond while at 1080P resolution. The bad news is that they cost more than $50,000, but you can easily rent cameras like those from https://www.abelcine.com/store/Phantom-Miro-M320S-High-Speed-Digital-Camera/
