No. There might be Minolta-to-Nikon adapters, but don't bother. Just buy another Minolta.

No. All camera manufacturers use a proprietary lens mount which means there's no compatibility between brands. Your Minolta lenses can, however be used on a Sony DSLR such as the A580 or any of the Sony SLT cameras such as the A35, A57, A65, A77.
