If it is the version with the Nikon mount, it will. It is HSM (hypersonic motor), so it should autofocus with all models.
It may not be a wise buy. As seen here, the sharpness deteriorates a lot at the longer focal lengths.

The Nikon AF-S 200-500mm f5.6E VR could be a smarter choice. It will allow those 24 MP of the D7200 to show detail instead of magnifying a blur.
