Why won't my video upload to facebook?

I record a video last night on my Camera and its 57 seconds long and I have been trying to put it on facebook since yesterday and its not budging. On facebook it says a video must be below 1024 MB and its 69.7 MB and its through windows. I have a Nikon L20 Camera. This is my first time uploading a video what could be the problem?

Its a problem with the facebook server.wait a few days or even hours and try again. I had similar problems with websites like that before.
