Which DSLR has the biggest and brightest viewfinder?

The Pentax K-500, K-50 and K-5 IIs DSLR cameras because they use a true pentaprism. The K-500 is around $400.00 with an 18-55mm zoom and the K-50 is around $447.00 with an 18-55mm zoom plus its weathered sealed. The K-5 IIs is a more specialized model and is usually sold as body-only. Absolutely nothing offered by Nikon or Canon in the price range of the K-500 or K-50 offers a true pentaprism and weather sealing.

Note that a true pentaprism is more expensive to manufacture but provides a much brighter viewfinder. The pentamirror is cheaper to manufacture and provides a dimmer viewfinder.
Pentax K-50 and K-500.
View finder? The view finder is in the camera and will always show you what's coming in the lens. There's no bright or not bright when it comes to view finders. You look through the lens with the view finder.
If you're talking about the screen that is not a view finder. Dslr cameras will do live view that's true but that's still not using a view finder or as some would call it… "the peep hole".
