Which Digital camera is good for videos of pop dance?

I have limited knowledge of camera. But I'm looking for an affordable one around $300-$400 dollars Digital camera (maybe something similar to nikon p500?) that is good for doing pop dance videos where the dance steps are fast. Plus the place that I'll be doing videos does not have good lighting, thus does anyone know of a good camera that has settings that can fix this problem when recording?

Not a digital still camera. Get a digital camcorder for videos.
