Where can I find a used/new camera for a cheap price?

I'm looking a new camera. The price range should be $100-$200. I prefer Nikon, and I don't mind if it's used as long as it's not broken, high shutter count, etc. I've checked Ebay and other websites like that. I just want to know what good websites I should look at.

You can surely find them cheap at eBay or somewhere else online but the problem is, can you be sure they work okay? Use the online market to locate a camera near you then arrange a meetup with the seller to finalize the deal. Even $100 is already a lot of money so test the camera thoroughly first before paying.
