Where can i buy lens caps for my nikon VR 18-55mm lens?

I lost both the snap on front lens cap and the back where it connects to the camera and i was wondering where i could buy one.
and also if anyone could help me, my cameras flash is not going off, like it pops up but the flash itself will not go off. It says its the flash is on and it is on auto, help?

If the camera is set to full auto mode the flash normally would pop up by itself and flash in low light. It would not flash in brighter light. If you have made the flash pop up by hitting the flash button, it could depend on what flash setting you have selected (auto, forced, or no flash).It can depend on your shooting mode. If your settings indicate that it should flash, but it never does, it might be a malfunction.
