What services does Nikon & Canon NOT offer?

Doing some research on cameras, I want to know what services does Nikon & Canon not Offer that other camera technology companies do offer.

Nikon doesn't make camcorders.

What do you mean by "services"? For example, when I think of "services", I think of things like "out of warranty" repairs and CLA's (Cleaning, Lubrication, Adjustments).

If you buy a "gray market"/imported camera, Nikon will NOT repair it whether is under warranty or not… OTOH, Canon will repair a gray market warranty issue, but you have to send it back to where you purchased it or pay Canon for the repair.

Panasonic makes batteries, camcorders, home appliances, phone systems, industrial stuff, …

Sony makes image sensors, computers, home entertainment, games, music business, camcorders, …

Nikon makes microscopes, binoculars, and other lab grade optical equipment.

Samsung makes phones, computers, monitors, home entertainment, …
