What lens did I use three years ago?

I'm looking at a photo I shot 3 years ago. When I go to View EXiF 2 sets of numbers come up.
500/10 and also 18/10.It shows focal length at 50mm. I do have a Nikon 18-200mm; and also 18-105mm.

That'll most likely be the 18-105 at 50mm. 1/500 at f10.
EXIF info differs from camera to camera. Maybe the two lenses have different bokeh, distortion, vignetting and CA characteristics which could help identify? Think about whether you swapped lenses for the shot, what other stuff you shot that might have needed 200mm?
