What is your opinion about those cameras?

I need your opinion about those cameras:
1) Olympus Digital Camera SP-720UZ
2)Sony DSC-Η200
3) Samsung EC-WB250F
4) Nikon Digital Camera L820
5) Olympus SZ-31MR
6)Samsung EC-WB250F
Please note that I'm amateur, I'm searching for a good quality camera that is also cheap. I prefer a camera that has charger and doesn't need AA batteries (or something like that). I need a camera that can take good quality photos and also good quality videos. As I said I'm amateur, so please explain with simple words why do you prefer that specific camera. BEST QUESTION WILL BE CHOSEN

Added (1). Most of people suggest me Fujifilm cameras… Please note that in my country they don't sell them, and I don't want to buy a camera online… You never know what will happen

Forget the Nikon and Samsung, and give the Fujifilm SL300 a serious look - it has manual controls, a viewfinder, AND a rechargeable battery.

Though you are an amateur, then I would like to suggest you not to go for any big budget, go for lower budget and once you will expertise on photography, then you will go for a big one.
In this case I would like to suggest you to go for either "Nikon Digital Camera L820" or "Olympus SZ-31MR". Both are very renowned products with a trendy looks.
Also I would like to suggest you to check the reviews of those products. You will know lots more.

None of the above. There's no such thing as quality and cheap. It's not a snob thing, it's just reality so you need to decide what you want, and how much you have to pay to get it.

All the compacts and super/megazoom cameras have been ruined by the camera companies. To get those big zoom numbers they all use very tiny image sensors. To sell more cameras, they cram in too many megapixels. Both recipes for disaster.bottom line, all the cameras you listed will give you OK image quality in perfect light, and horrid image quality in low light.

If you have any kind of digital camera, or mobile phone with a decent camera, i would tell you not to bother with a new camera unless you have money for a compact camera (or dSLR) with a large image sensor. If you want quality images, it's all about the size of the image sensor, and these cameras are not cheap.

Look at Fuji'x XF1 or X20, Sony's NEX F3 or 3N, the EPM 2 from Olympus.
