What is the cheapest nikon SLR?

I shoot a used Nikon D200 and i'm pretty pleased with it. With DSLRs i don't think "cheap" is always the way to go. While the D3000 is pretty inexpensive, i wouldnt really recommend it. Go for the the D90, D300, D200, or the D70. The D90 is a great beginner camera that can go professionally also for less than 900. The D300 is twice that but i bet you can find it used somewhere for much less.

Very cheap you can check:
Nikon Coolpix L22 12.0MP Digital Camera with 3.6x Optical Zoom and 3.0-Inch LCD (Silver)

I found a Nikon N55 with 28-80 mm lens for $30 on craigslist.
If you are asking about a dSLR, then the D3000 is the least expensive one at this time, about $550 with lens
