I think you should read the reviews from the shoppers in http://store.vip7.us Which gets more good reviews from both owners of the smart camera.

For cheap professional DSLR your budget of about $350 doesn't comes no where near the amount needed. Try spending at least minimum of about $4000 just for the "Body Only" meaning that lenses not included. So you would be spending thousands more dollars on getting lenses. Also you have to consider on getting accessories such as
Extra batteries and memory cards
Camera Bag
External Flash
Tripod
lens cleaning kit such micro fiber cloth, lens tissue, lens fluid.
all said and done you would be spending easily well over $10, 000

DSLR's start at around $500. You're budget is too far below. What you can get however is a nice bridge camera like this.

There's no such thing as a "cheap professional" camera - they don't exist.Pro cameras start at about
$4, 000 and go up. Consumer level dslr cameras start at about $500 and go up.

The words 'cheap' and 'professional' don't usually go together, but I presume you are looking for a camera which will give quality image files, rather than a camera to earn your living with (true 'pro').

Any DSLR will give quality image files, but the higher up the scale the better. $350 is about at the bottom end for new DSLRs, but you might get a good kit second-hand for that price.

Never buy a camera because it 'looks kind of nice'. A camera is a working tool. Don't forget that you will need a tele zoom if you want to photograph distant objects - another $200 or so.

At the top end of that price range you will get a decent quality old DSLR that has no video function or a beat up risky newer model with video.

You need another couple of hundred or so dollars.
