Will my Nikon SLR F401x be compatible with 35mm films like

-Kodak Professional Ektar 100 135-36
-Agfa CT Precisa 100 135-36

and last but not least

It will be compatible with any 35mm film.

Film is film, any 35mm will fit and work. It's more about light and processing, and filters, you will not have a white balance control so you need to choose your film based on the qualities of the available light and filters you own.

35mm film is 35mm film. What brand it is, does not (or should not) affect how it fits in the camera.
