Nikon point-and-shoot camera with shutter speed control?

I didn't want to go as far as getting a DSLR, so I decided to get a Nikon L120 until I found out it doesn't have manual shutter speed control, a feature I need. What's a good fair priced Nikon that does?

If you want a bridge camera, you can look at the Nikon P500
if you want a compact camera, look at the Nikon P300 and Nikons P7000/7100

Nikon P series in general (their high-end point & shoots) for the most part have PSAM controls; Nikon P7100, P7000, P500, P300, and I'm not sure about the P100.

There are other brands out there besides Nikon. $200- or less buys you the Fuji S2950.It has aperture/shutter and a viewfinder.
