Nikon or canon or sony?

Does somebdy know of a good camera. Btw which camera is better i mean pictures and stuff. Nikon, canon or sony?

Digital camera - nikon
dslr camera - canon

They all have different properties, but personally, I chose Nikon. It also depends what type of camera you are looking for; Sony do good "techy" cameras, Nikon do good DSLRs and Canon are pretty good all-round. But there's a lot of rivalry between Nikon and Canon users, so the companies compete pretty closely. For a camera just to take around with you; a compact, I'd personally choose Nikon or Sony.

If you want a digital camera then definatley NIKON! It is a great brand and you should definatley buy a nikon coolpix because they are great cameras. The ones that i want (which you can look at the reviews and features for) are the Nikon Coolpix s30, the nikon coolpix s3300, the nikon coolpix L26, and the nikon coolpix s3100.

Canon

and Sony sucks at everything.except for their game console

Nikon vs Cannon DSLR, it's down to personal preference but discount the Sony, I have recently acquired a Sony a330 (yes I know it's an entry level DSLR) that the father in law no longer wanted and I can honestly say if it wasn't free I would not have wanted it. As it is it is just a spare body with lenses inside my camera bag.
I can't speak for the rest of the Sony range (point and shoot cameras and bridge cameras) but the DSLR does not compete with Cannon or Nikon equivalent.
Without knowing what your budget is that's about all the advice I can give though.

Canon

Now only Sony joined to the cannikkon war that havexbeen running long time. That's a good inspire to see another complitition to challenge them. Sony users (like me) still want more pro-lines (3 bodies is releasing in 2011, one full frame, one pro SLR and pro SLT) and noises too.

I have a white Pentax KX DSLR. The newer model that replaced it is a KR. I'll be upgrading to a 16.3 megapixel, weather-sealed Pentax K5 this Summer.
