Nikon digipower charger?

I just bought this charger and I'm not sure if its working. Nothing is coming up on the screen. It says it should be blinking and it's not. Should I wait a while or what? I NEED it for tomorrow. Some please help!

Are you plugging it into your computer? Try plugging it into the wall. If that doesn't work, the charger isn't working and needs to be replaced.
