Which digital camera suit to AF NIKKOR 28-70mm, many Thanks?

The Nikkor 28-70mm is suitable for many of the current Nikon DSLR's and most of the recent models as well.

Now, Nikon makes two different 28-70mm lenses. The Nikon AF Nikkor 28-70mm f/3.5-4.5D is a budget lens that gives quality results.

You'll find it working perfectly on the Nikon D80, D90, D200, D300, D700, and D3. On a Nikon D40, D40x, or D60, it will function perfectly, but would require manual focusing.

The Nikon 28-70mm f/2.8 AF-S is an amazing lens that fully compliments every Nikon DSLR, from the basic D40 to the latest D3 with full autofocus.

Either lens will work well with older Nikon DSLR's such as the D50, D70, D70s, D80, & D100.

Does it say DX on it. As the answer before is showing DX format cameras listed.
You may find its for the newer full frame cameras like the D700
