Where can i get refurbished lenses, accessories etc.in the UK?

I want a nikon, sigma, tamron or tokina (all nikon fit & G lenses) refurbished Lens but i'm not sure where to buy it in the uk.
i'm looking for a 70-300mm vr if possible.

Grab a copy of Amateur Photographer magazine. There are loads of adverts in it from places selling 2nd hand lenses and equipment.
