Where can I buy the support pod for Tele Lens?

Like this one, it has the support thing under it, i want to buy that support thing and the pod attaches to it. And how is it called?
Those are tripod mounts, and come with the lens. If your lens did not come with one, it probably does not need it.
Here is an aftermarket company with tripod mounts for select Nikon lenses:

And for select Canon lenses:

I have that lens. You don't have to buy it as it comes with the lens. The little foot thing you see there's for mounting the lens to a tripod or monopod. It really isn't a foot. You see when lenses start to get big and heavy, you can't mount the tripod to the camera as there's too much weight hanging off the front. So you attach the tripod to the lens instead and the camera just attaches to back of the lens. It is long like that because there are two holes in it for the mounting, about an inch apart. Those two holes help change the balance and give clearance to different tripods and monopods.
