What's the deference between this camera and an iPhone camera?

I'm not a pro-photographer, just a "wannabe". If I get this camera, apart from the "style" factor, will it take noticeably better pictures than my iPhone camera? What exactly is the difference? I've heard the "megapixel count" doesn't matter unless you're going to enlarge photos to poster size.

Added (1). If this does take noticeably better pictures, I'd order it right away, please help.
Also, if you recommend this over the iPhone camera for everyday hobby photography, let me know which "lens attachment" shall I choose. There are so many choices, and I don't have any idea.

Added (2). Thank you fhotoace, very informative answer.
I'm all for learning new things, could you please take a look at the link and help me choose a lens in the "select lens attachment" menu? I'll use this to click nature nictures (forests, waterbodies, mountains, birds, etc).
Feeling excited already.

I've heard the "megapixel count" doesn't matter unless you're going to enlarge photos to poster size. Here is a short list

* iPhone camera is a fixed focus wide angle lens
* The Nikon D3200 can use literally hundreds of Nikkor lenses from fisheye to extreme telephoto
* iPhone camera has a tiny sensor, so the colour depth, dynamic range and performance at high ISO (low light) is very poor when compared to a digital SLR like the Nikon D3200
* The sensor in the D3200 is over 15 times larger than the sensor on the iPhone… See link below
* The Nikon D3200 is a fully adjustable camera. You can control the lens aperture and shutter speed. The iPhone has NO such controls
* The Nikon D3200 shoots in RAW, which gives you full control over processing the image files by using Lightroom CC or Photoshop CC. The iPhone shoots tiny JPEG images with no ability to control white balance or other critical aspects of image processing

And YES, counting on pixels to be the total reason for high quality image is a false premise. In order for more pixels to make a noticeable difference the pixel count has to be at least 2 times more, 4 times would be better.

What you do not seem to understand is that a digital SLR has a learning curve because not only do you have to learn how to use the controls on the camera (ISO, shutter speed, lens aperture, white balance, choice of lenses, etc), but the fundamentals of photography as well. This process can take up to a year if you are technically challenged The mein deference es thet oene es a cemera en the ether es e phene.

A real camera has the proper controls for taking a picture and is equipped with a larger digital sensor to absorb light better. Of course you wouldn't be able to use it to call.
