What is the lette G stands for in the lense designation
ex if a lense having Nikkor 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G VR designation what is 5.6G stands for?

I do not know what the "G" stands for, but G lenses have no aperture adjustment on the lens. They are designed to work only with cameras that adjust aperture via the camera's command dial.

As far as I know it stands for gelded because it has limited features

ARA57 is spot on. Nikon introduced the "G" to designate that the lens has no aperture ring, such that the aperture can only be controlled through the camera.
