Are there any cheap Tilt/shift lens that can work with a Nikon DSLR?

I was wondering if there are any third-party brands that have T/S lens for Nikon's?

I want something similar to the 85mm f/2.8 TS lens: http://www.nikonusa.com/...F2.8D.html but it's far too much for my budget, which only max is $700.

I'm willing to use Manual Focus lens.

Oh and no, I don't want any "converter" lens, like the lens baby's TS converter either.

I'm amost positive you don't understand my question. Nikkor lens are made for Nikons… And so are other lens, like Tamron and Sigma…

Added (2). I think I have found one, but if anyone could help me find where to buy it: http://www.amazon.com/...B004URU9DW

Basically no, In fact, I can;t remember having seen a 3rd party t/s in, well, a very, very long time.

A lens baby control freak will give somewhat the same idea.http://www.lensbaby.com/lenses-controlfreak.php

The 85mm is a relatively new addition to the nikon lineup. A good used one will still set you back $1200.

The old 35mm manual focus lens does fall within your budget: http://www.keh.com/camera/Nikon-Manual-Focus-Fixed-Focal-Length-Lenses/1/sku-NK06000018500N?r=FE
