Is this camera a good camera?

i want to buy a good camera and i wanna know if it deserves get paid (700$) should i go for it or not
if you have any suggestions of other nikon/canon cameras please tell me

"good" means different things to different people.

The Canon T3i series can capture great stills images when used by someone who knows how to use the camera. It can also capture good video - but video (and audio) capture is a "convenience feature" and can be very challenging to use well.

If you are primarily concerned about still images, this is a "good" camera. If you are primarily concerned about capturing video (and audio), the a good camcorder needs to be investigated.
