Practising, studying and grasping throuogh your creative skills
Join a local camera club - there you'll get to learn about photography, talk with like minded people, practice and get critique.
It's often easier to learn when you can ask someone to go over something you didn't get the first time.
Practice whenever you can. Go outside a take pictures when you're bored, ask your friends if you can take pictures of them, take any photography classes you might have at school, if you know any relatives or adults who know about photography ask them questions or have them help you… Hope that helps!
