Is refurbished dslr camera is good?

I'm a starter to a photography. And i want to start in a small cheap but good quality dslr camera. 12mp 14mp where should i start nikon? Canon? Or either of them is good.

A camera refurbished by the manufacturer is as good as new - one refurbished by a third party is suspect.

There are NO cheap DSLRs and Fujifilm make better bridge cameras (an alternative used by many ) than the Idiots' Two.

Only buy a refurbished DSLR if it's refurbished by its manufacturer.
